Jim Collins in his classic book Good to Great proposed that leaders should strive to be “Level 5 Leaders”… a paradoxical blend of personal humility and professional will. We agree.

The Focus4C Leadership Impact service guides leaders through a reflective and private exploration of leadership character traits and leadership behaviors that facilitate leadership trust. Leadership matters and trusted leadership matters more! The objective and focus is to begin a lifetime journey of self-improvement that leads to professional and personal leadership growth and success.

The Leadership Impact service is a 6- or 12-month program depending on meeting frequency. Meetings are typically virtual but can be on site depending on location and commitment.
