The Focus4C Marketplace Impact service measures your organization’s current state on Character, Culture, Customers, and Community.  It then engages your leadership, management, and employees to examine areas of improvement leading to strategic changes across the organization.  This service examines the human element across your business model and seeks to leverage your current successes to a new level.

The Marketplace Impact service uses the BBB Center for Character Ethics Trust Score instrument to establish an initial baseline for further exploration and facilitation.  The objective and focus is to leverage your current business success by recognizing that business is a human endeavor impacted by trust across multiple areas of the organization.

The Marketplace Impact service begins with understanding the unique nature of your business, establishing a baseline measurement of marketplace trust, and then working with leadership to determine strategic initiatives.  The engagement is typically a 6- or 12-month program and works best preceding your strategic planning process.  Meetings are on-site to launch the program and then shift to virtual.
